FAQs

What time is the Sunday service at Clarity Church?

Sundays at 10am at Edinbrook Elementary, 8925 Zane Ave N, Brooklyn Park. The cafe opens at 9:45 for coffee, and we usually wrap up around 11:15.

Where do I park and which door do I use?

Park in the front lot off Zane Ave, on the east side of the building, and come in the front door. Look for the flags out front (they aren’t always out in bad weather). A greeter will be at the door to welcome you.

Is the building wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Edinbrook Elementary, where we meet on Sundays, is wheelchair accessible. If you let us know you’re coming, we’ll save you a parking spot up front and have a greeter waiting at the door.

What should I wear?

Most of us dress casually. Even our pastor wears jeans most Sundays. Wear whatever you’re comfortable in!

What is a Sunday service like?

Simple and casual. We sing a mix of current worship songs and updated hymns, then hear a message rooted in Scripture and made practical for everyday life. The message runs about 30–35 minutes.

How many worship songs are there?

Usually three, unless there’s something special that week, like a parent/child dedication.

How often do you take communion?

Communion is shared on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, with a gluten-free option.

What time can I check my child into the classroom?

Kids check-in opens at 9:45am. There are two classrooms: birth–preschool and kindergarten–5th grade.

What do you do about food allergies?

We’re very careful about what comes into the kids’ classrooms. We ask about allergies and food sensitivities when you check a child in for the first time, print them on your child’s name tag for every teacher to see, and offer snacks that work for all the kids.

Can I bring a snack from home for my child?

Because of allergies, we ask that no outside food or drinks come into the kids’ classrooms. The one exception is a water bottle labeled with your child’s name, which teachers keep on the back counter.

Can I let you know I’m coming?

Yes, and we’d love that. Plan your visit and we’ll save you a parking spot up front, have a greeter waiting at the door, help check in your kids, get you a coffee and introduce you to the pastor. We’ll even donate to Every Meal in your honor.
